“Everything about my life is art, from my beautiful and creative children to my professions and hobbies.”
Artwork
Art has always been an inspirational means for me to express myself. My first medium was oil on canvas -mainly ‘still life.’ Since then, my concepts have developed and I have a fresh and exhilarating passion for contemporary art, using alcohol ink.
Creating pictures with alcohol inks on YUPO paper is stimulating, liberating and overall, an exciting adventure. The vibrant colours that burst from the page, artistic drips of ink, and ‘happy’ accidents create interesting effects and outcomes. I discovered new inspiration through exploration and experimentation.
Throughout my work, I have mixed mediums in some of the paintings, using metallic gold leaf and striking watercolour pens. The new medium allows me to express my imagination and let my creativity full of colours and textures, venture on a blank sheet by giving a varied, distinctive and unique art process.

Photography
In the world of photography, one subject I am fond of capturing is the hidden grandness and magnificence of nature. The enjoyment of finding fuzzy, (and fiddly) bees digging in pollen is very fascinating, as well as feeling the rugged texture of tree bark, or finding a blooming blossom against the smiling sun. But, what is most exciting is hearing the click of my camera, and seeing what treasures I’ve have captured.
I’ve been taking photographs for the last 10 years. I invested in a Sony A7iii which made my photography life even more compulsive.
Throughout my journey of photography, architecture and sculptures have always been a favourite of mine. The thought of capturing the beautiful essence of individual historical buildings, or stunning sculptures is captivating for me.
My ‘People Photography’ depicts situations, expressions, moods and life styles. My subjects are not posed or staged, this is to capture the realism of human nature and their authentic manners; enhancing the true spectacle of cultures.
